A perfect Colorado August wedding day. Indeed – those are some big promises. From the personalized olive bottles on the table where the design matched the envelope liners for the invitations (made by the insanely talented Maura at the Paper Guppy) to the kumquats on the vine dripping out of the stone pedestal vases, Andrea and Justin’s Italian influenced Colorado Mountain Fete at Devil’s Thumb Ranch was a highlight of our season.
I fell in love with these two the day of our first meeting. We walked the gorgeous space of the High Lonesome Lodge Barn at the Ranch and brainstormed the band’s and the chandelier placement. Justin, in all seriousness, vetoed my first plan for the chandeliers because (and I quote here) he needed more room for his dance moves. #hellyes. Immediately, we redesigned and booked Tori Pater to put together one of the best bands of the summer.
Hair and makeup – flawless (thank you Christina Trostel of Define Salon). Dress and Suit – perfection. And the entire day was documented impeccably by the lovely Mark and Michele at IN Photography.
Andrea and Justin – thank you for trusting us to create your Italian Inspired-Colorado Mountain-Slightly Chicago and Boston-Chic Wedding for you. We loved every part of it!
