Could I love these two more? Impossible!! Tierney and Kevin’s wedding was an absolute dream to plan and design last summer at Devil’s Thumb Ranch . Yes indeed, Devils Thumb is one of my favorite Colorado wedding stomping grounds. Tierney and I had an old fashioned phone call and within five minutes (more like two) we were new old friends. Immediately we were two liked minded souls who were more interested in talking about hiking and our dogs. Eventually we got around to planning the wedding TOO!
Tierney and Kevin are simply in love. They wanted to invite their friends and families to a gorgeous luxury ranch and have a great time. Easy peasy. They did not want to stress about details. Dream clients! Tierney trusted me to build a team of vendors who would listen to what they wanted and run with the design. I was so happy to have The Scobeys behind the camera, Plum Sage on florals (I sound like I am announcing a band!) Bisou Beauty, Nuage Linens, La Tavola Linens, Event Rents and Elite DJ. The end result was one of my favorite weddings (and friendships) to come out of the 2019 season.
Kevin and Tierney – thank you for having more fun on your wedding day than most people do in a lifetime. Thank you for remembering what is important and laughing every step of the way. All the love in the world to you both.
