Sofia – Champagne in a can. I am obsessed. Full disclosure? When I get a new inquiry, I immediately look that person up on Facebook to see who they are. Looking up Caroline (while we were on the phone) I looked at her fiance and instantly remembered him from being an AWESOME best man at Kelly and David’s wedding a few years ago at the Brown Palace. Caroline and I kept talking and I told her that I had planned a wedding her husband was in. We set up a date for drinks the next week. Brad sat down next to Caroline and I, grinned, told me I was hired on the spot and then (rather than conducting a mutual interview) we started reminding each of the details and nuances that we remembered from his best friends wedding (apparently I talked down the Cherry Hills police department during the ceremony – I had forgotten all about that). Good to know I made a good impression!
