Savor summer with a pleasantly pink cocktail of pineapple and grapefruit juice with gin.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup pink grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces gin
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- Seltzer
Directions
- In a large glass, combine pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, gin, and several mint leaves. Add ice and top with seltzer.
