Modern French Industrial Chic Wedding Design – can that be a new Colorado wedding thing? I ADORED the design that Abbey, Michael and I created for their stunning June wedding at Blanc Denver. When we first began talking location, we wanted to find a space that was neutral and light, had indoor and outdoor options and was centrally located in Denver. Clearly Blanc was the winner.
When it came to overall aesthetic, Abbey and I created a design that was all about colorless color – textures on tones – to built this gorgeous palette. Textured linens from LaTavola against the white washed brick wall of Blanc? yes please. Fluffy June blooms (I really do love peony season) juxtaposed with textures like tumbleweeds? Yes indeed. And the unexpected touch of the Louis chairs against the industrial elements of Blanc made this day one of my favorites of the season.
I am so thankful that we were able to pair with Footers Catering Lane Dittoe Photography , LaLe Florals (hello tumbleweed GENIUS!), Bisou Beauty, Event Rents, La Tavola, Shine Wedding Invitations, Elite DJ and Bumblebee Truck! . Yes, a VW bus full of delicious baked goods on a warm summer Denver evening makes for one pretty perfect day. Abbey and Michael – all of the love in the world to you both!
