Ring bearers and flower girls. A parade of flower babies. I love what we are seeing with kids and Colorado weddings these days. Gone are the days of children being terrified and walking in step with the music. Instead, we are seeing children really set the tone for the rest of your wedding. Whether it be flower girls in tee shirts and tutu’s dancing to the nutcracker suite or ring bearers with signs to make the groom grin, sending some of your favorite kiddos down the aisle right before you is an incredible way to lighten the mood and make all of your guests smile. Wagons, sleds or mini BMW’s – let’s create something new and unique for your Colorado wedding . . .

So here is pretty much the recipe for awesome flower kids. Dress them up like it’s Charleston, South Carolina circa 1923. Give them a sign that makes people smile and put a fluffy oversized flowers on all of the girls. Or give them a cape. Whatever it takes for everyone to be happy and to get everyone down the aisle. Even if it takes a wagon . . .
